Because our clinic may adjust your existing medications, we recommend bringing ALL of your prescribed and over-the-counter medications with you to each visit. This allows us to be more accurate with adjusting and filing your prescription history.
Please call as soon as possible if you are running late. We will make every effort to accommodate you while respecting the other patients who are scheduled that day.
Because each patient’s insurance is unique, we are unable to determine what your visit will cost.
The initial visit may last an hour or more. Subsequent visits may require less time if you are doing well.
It’s very important for healthcare providers to have a complete record of your medical history. Because there is no single database that stores all of your medical history, asking questions about your history, symptoms and medications helps us properly treat you.

If you do not have a wheelchair, please notify our clinic staff at the time your appointment is scheduled so that we can make prepare to meet you at the entrance with a wheelchair.
